The new Nissan 3S Flagship Store in Petaling Jaya marries timeless Japanese luxury with a modern and functional setting, creating an inviting space for both new customers and cherished Nissan owners.

With an investment of RM4 million, the upgraded Petaling Jaya Flagship Store boasts an eye-catching facade adorned with Nissan’s sleek new logo, symbolizing the brand’s latest corporate identity. The grand opening ceremony on August 10 was graced by Makoto Uchida, President and CEO of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (NML), alongside directors and top executives from NML and Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM).

About the New Nissan 3S Flagship Store:
The transformation of the Nissan 3S Flagship Store in Petaling Jaya begins with a striking exterior featuring the new Nissan logo. The signature red tablet, visible from a distance, invites visitors to explore the facility. Every aspect of this 43,000-square-foot Flagship Store, from its color palette and premium furnishings to the contemporary layout, aims to provide customers with a higher level of comfort and convenience.

The showroom allows customers to explore up to eight Nissan models in a relaxed environment, guided by knowledgeable sales advisors. To cater to personalized needs, the facility includes private discussion areas and a dedicated kids’ room for a family-friendly experience.

For existing Nissan owners seeking after-sales services, the Flagship Store introduces a Service Concierge at the entrance of the Service Centre, providing immediate assistance and a newly furnished reception area for a comfortable experience. The Service Centre boasts 25 general service bays, air-conditioning and wheel alignment service bays, as well as dedicated rooms for EV repairs and extensive remedial work. This facility can service up to 100 vehicles daily, with all technicians certified by Nissan and exclusively using Nissan Genuine Parts.
