Mercedes Flood Relief Programme offering free towing and discounts for parts for affected customers
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has announced the Mercedes Flood Relief Programme for customers caught out by the recent nationwide floods.
Until 31 January 2022, there is up to 30% discount on all parts repair, free vehicle towing by authorised dealerships, and a free evaluation of all necessary repair costs with a 0% interest free easy payment plan available.
Affected Mercedes-Benz owners should contact their preferred authorised Mercedes-Benz dealerships or Mercedes-Benz 24h Roadside Assistance & Customer Care Centre at 1-800-88-1133.
