The Toyota booth at the Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show (KLIMS) has always been one which has had exciting displays and technology showcases. At this year’s motorshow (KLIMS13), it will be the same with a line-up that includes 5 Toyota models (including two concept vehicles) and 4 Lexus models plus the Lexus F Sport Roadbike (the cheapest Lexus ever sold).
“We are indeed glad to be participating again this year in the KL International Motor Show, an event that we have been closely associated with in previous years. This time around, we will display some of our newer and more interesting vehicles which include some never-seen-before concept and hybrid models.” said UMW Toyota Motor President, Datuk Ismet Suki.

Visitors will get to see not only concept cars but also have a preview of two new models that will be in Toyota showrooms in due course. One is the Previa, a MPV which is very popular but which UMW Toyota Motor has not officially imported since the mid-1990s. The other model is the Camry Hybrid that the company has announced will be assembled in Malaysia in future.

Toyota’s luxury marque, Lexus, will display the LFA supercar which has a V10 engine and a carbonfibre-reinforced bodywork. Other models which will be on display include the LS 460L flagship, IS 250 F Sport and ES 250 Luxury which was launched last month.
