Kuala Lumpur, November 30, 2024 – Porsche Malaysia, under Sime Darby Auto Performance, has officially launched the eagerly anticipated all-electric Porsche Macan. The grand debut, set against the stunning Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) skyline, introduced four variants of the Macan, with prices starting at RM 430,000.

The lineup includes the Macan, Macan 4, Macan 4S, and Macan Turbo, each boasting impressive specifications:
- Macan (Single Motor): RM 430,000; 641 km WLTP range.
- Macan 4 (All-Wheel Drive): RM 445,000; 612 km WLTP range.
- Macan 4S: RM 525,000; 606 km WLTP range.
- Macan Turbo: RM 635,000; 590 km WLTP range, with 639 PS and 3.3s 0-100 km/h acceleration.
All models are powered by a 100 kWh battery on an 800V Premium Platform Electric (PPE) architecture. They can charge from 10% to 80% in just 21 minutes at fast-charging stations.
Revolutionary Design and Performance
The new Macan combines Porsche’s timeless design DNA with electric innovation. With a coupe-like profile, enhanced aerodynamics (drag coefficient of 0.25), and optional off-road capabilities, the Macan stands out as a versatile and sporty SUV.
