Owners of Kia vehicles and those who are interested in owning vehicles from the Korean carmaker now have a new outlet to go to on the East Coast. The new outlet has been opened by Naza Kia Malaysia, the official distributor of Kia Motors vehicles in Malaysia, in partnership with authorised dealer Autohaus Prima Sdn Bhd.

The 10,000-square foot Kia Kuala Terengganu is a 3S centre offering sales, service and spare parts. Its spacious showroom can display up to 5 vehicles while the attached service centre can handle up to 15 vehicles daily.

The outlet will offer a wide variety of Kia models such as the latest Carnival premium MPV, Rio, Cerato, Optima, Sportage and Sorento. All Kia vehicles sold in Malaysia come with a 5-year warranty with unlimited mileage.

“As the main gateway to Terengganu’s many tourist destinations, Kuala Terengganu has a highly developed infrastructure and bustling economic activity which makes it one of our most important markets outside of the Klang Valley. The robust development undergone by this district makes it the ideal place to set up a one-stop centre that caters to the needs of both potential customers and Kia owners,” said Ivan Kuan, CEO of Naza Kia Malaysia.

Kia Kuala Terengganu was built with an investment of RM1 million and is the second outlet launched on the East Coast following the launch of a Kia Red Cube in Kuantan in 2014.

Through this exercise, customers will be able to enjoy exceptional new sales-vehicle delivery and quick turnaround time for after sales service,” said Mr.  Kuan.

On the international front, Kia’s brand value has risen to US$6.68 billion (according to Interbrand’s 2017 ‘Best Global Brands’ report), an increase of 7-fold since 2007. Kia vehicles have also had a No. 1 ranking in the J.D Power Initial Quality Study for 2 years running in the US market.
