A new Honda 3S centre for the brand’s centre region has opened in Banting, Selangor. Operated by Banting Star Sdn. Bhd., it will serve customers and owners in the town as well as nearby areas, in line with Honda Malaysia’s aim of providing more convenience to customers beyond urban areas.
Set up with an investment of RM15 million, the new 3S centre is fully equipped with the latest facilities and equipment to Honda standards. The facility has a service area with 16 bays and can handle up to 44 vehicles a day.
For customer-comfort, there’s a customer lounge, an executive lounge, and a cafe counter with hot drinks and snacks. There is also an area for small children as well as a surau. In addition, customers can also make use of complimentary wifi services, car wash services and have their roadtax and insurance renewals done.
“This new Honda 3S Centre will provide easier access to more convenience for our customers in the Banting area. The opening of the new 3S centre in Banting is timely as it will support the increased aftersales demands which have resulted from escalating sales in the past few years. In connection with this situation, the company has also introduced express dealerships to widen aftersales service support by offering fast service within 90 minutes.
There are also plans to provide an online aftersales service avenue – the Customer’s Virtual Touchpoint – which will give customers the convenience of making service bookings from anywhere and at anytime. In addition to booking service appointment, customers will be able to track vehicle progress status, service history and product update via this portal which is expected to go live later this year.
