Ivan Kuan Thai Woon has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Naza Kia Malaysia (NKM) with the responsibility of overseeing the Kia brand. He will report directly to the Group CEO of the Naza’s Automotive Group, Dato’ Samson Anand George.

Mr. Kuan brings with him vast experience in sales and distribution channel management, including marketing and brand management exercises. His career in the automotive industry began in a family business, securing vital distributorships and expanding the network of the business. His last position at MyEG Trade Sdn. Bhd. saw the development of the car-leasing portfolio under the brand.

NKM has been representing Kia in Malaysia for the past 21 years and has grown the brand presence significantly in that time. It offers a wide range of sedan, hatchback, SUV and MPV models, some of which are assembled locally, through more than 85 outlets throughout Malaysia.
