1 - Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Bintang Cheras Autohaus

Mercedes-Benz Sdn Bhd together with authorised dealers Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad (C&C) has officially opened the doors of the Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Bintang Cheras Autohaus, making it the 12th C&C branch nationwide and the company’s first foray into the booming southern corridor of Klang Valley. The brand new Mercedes-Benz C&C Cheras Autohaus is part of Cycle & Carriage Bintang’s RM155 million investment in the central region in Malaysia, in which the new branch was built with an investment of RM16 million.

In tandem with maintaining our lead in the premium segment through record breaking vehicle sales, we continue to apply just as much attention and passion in growing our touch points to ensure that our customers experience exceptional after sales care,“ said Mercedes-Benz Malaysia President and CEO, Dr Claus Weidner.

The 48,642sq ft 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) centre boasts a vast showroom area with the capacity to house 15 showroom vehicles and seven work bays in its service area managed by 40 experienced sales, technical services and spare parts personnel. The autohaus is able to service up to 300 vehicles a month to meet the growing demand for premium customer service and experience in the booming township.

The launch of C&C Cheras is timely as it is progression for the brand to serve the southern Klang Valley customers. Meeting the global autohaus benchmark for customer experience, the new C&C Cheras is fully compliant with Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II) and is also complete with the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity. The autohaus offers customers and prospectors its Service Differentiation – a menu of personalised services for customers conveniences and customised aftersales services depending on their lifestyle. The new Cheras 3S centre has also taken customer relations to the next level with the implementation of Mobile Retail which puts after sales to a digital platform.

Prioritising on customer comfort, the C&C Cheras features an i-Showroom lounge that includes user-friendly digital touch screens for the latest Mercedes-Benz products and its sales processes. The 3S centre also comes with lifestyle elements such as a centre courtyard for natural ambiance and a cafe for those who needs a quick snack.
