Honda Malaysia has added another 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre to its network in East Malaysia with the opening of a fifth outlet in Sabah. Operated by Vermillion Autohaus Sdn. Bhd., the 3S centre’s location in Keningau is strategically situated halfway between Tenom and Tambunan, enabling it to also serve those neighbouring townships.
The dealership has invested RM2.5 million on the new facility which has a built-up area of 5,000 square feet. Besides displaying the latest models in the showroom, there is also a service centre with 4 service bays which can handle up to 30 vehicles each day.
“Customer satisfaction is our No.1 priority. With the increasing customer base and demands in Sabah, Honda Malaysia is constantly looking for opportunities to not only enlarge our market share in Sabah, but to also provide the best after-sales service to our customers from all areas – from the big cities to the smaller towns and districts,” said Honda Malaysia’s Managing Director & CEO, Toichi Ishiyama.
“With the opening of the Vermillion Autohaus Honda 3S Centre in Keningau, we are able to expand our reach to another part of Sabah, and further enhance convenience and bring the Joy of Buying to them. We are also working closely with our dealers to continuously improve customer satisfaction in our after-sales service,” he added.
Honda sales in East Malaysia continue to grow, strengthening the brand’s position as overall No.2 in Malaysia. For the first 10 months of this year, Sabah contributed more than 2,000 units sold which is an increase of 55% compared to the same period in 2016. The BR-V was the best-selling model during this period.
