Ford owners in Kuching, Sarawak, now have a new and better sales and aftersales facility to look after their needs with the opening of a 3S centre by Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC). The new facility is designed with Ford’s global [email protected] standard, housing sales, service and spare parts under one roof for customer convenience.
Located along Rock Road in the state capital, the 2,033-square metre facility has a showroom which can display up to 6 models, while the service centre has 13 vehicle bays with hoists. There’s also a dedicated customer service lounge with free wifi, drinks, snacks and other amenities for those who prefer to wait while their vehicle is being serviced.

The new facility is staffed by certified technicians and equipped with the most up-to-date diagnostic equipment and special tools which confirm to Ford Authorised Service standards. There’s also a full supply of genuine spare parts available.
