Introduced eight years ago, the Gran Max comes exclusively in manual transmission, which the small commercial panel van is designed specifically to cater the business requirements of local SME business owners, corporations and government agencies. The new automatic transmission Gran Max is capable of pulling up to 2,000kg around.
Some of the key points to take note of is that the Gran Max is rear-wheel driven, which offers drivers better acceleration and traction. The Gran Max is also capable of a small 4.7m turning radius and power steering enabling ease of driving, and its small and compact dimensions enables the Gran Max to be driven through small and complex urban streets.
The Indonesian assembled CBU automatic Gran Max will come fitted with anti-lock braking system (ABS), dual front SRS airbags and collapsible steering, for extra safety and to further conform to the requirements of the Malaysian market. The new AT Gran Max will retail at RM69,888.00 (west Malaysia) including 3 years warranty or 100,000 km.
