Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia is celebrating Chinese New Year with a nationwide open house offering new and existing owners savings and freebies
Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) is celebrating this year’s Chinese New Year with a nationwide open house at authorised Volkswagen dealerships in the country.
The theme for this year’s open house focuses on the Chinese character “旺” which translates to “wong”, meaning good luck and prosperity. That said, new and existing Volkswagen car owners will enjoy rebated and aftersales offerings including a CNY feast complete with “yee sang”. Not forgetting exciting activities for the whole family.
A highlight at the event will feature the new mid-life refresh Passat 2.0TSI Elegance with updated exterior and interior design, as well as improved connectivity. The new Passat Elegance is priced at RM187,990 and will be offered with free 1-year insurance for a limited time only.
For customers opting for one of the three Tiguan variants (Highline, JOIN and Sound & Style) will enjoy an additional 1-year free insurance and 1-year petrol rebate.
Models and savings on offer are listed below based on 9-year loan tenure with 10% down payment and based on 2.5% interest rate:

For existing Volkswagen owners celebrating at the open house are invited to book a slot for a complimentary 20-point inspection or a 20% discount on battery and tyres.
And for owners who received the free maintenance vouchers with their minimum spending of RM388 will get free coolant, windscreen cleaner and engine oil top-up. While for those who have not will need to spend a minimum of RM488 to enjoy this perk. Likewise, Volkswagen Care Plus (VCP) customers are entitled to the same benefits with only a minimum spend of RM288.
All Volkswagen models come with 3 years free maintenance, 5 years unlimited mileage warranty and 5 years roadside assistance.
The open house will take place on the 8th February, Saturday from 11am till 5pm at authorized Volkswagen dealerships in the country.
