Book and confirm service appointments online in real-time for seven Ford authorised Service Centres
Ford owners can now make service appointments online in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Ford e-Service bookings are offered at:
- Ford Ara Damansara
- Ford Petaling Jaya 2
- Ford Juru
- Ford Butterworth
- Ford Kuching
- Ford Kota Kinabalu
- Ford Tawau.
To booking a Ford e-service appointment online visit www.sdacford.com.my
- Click the ‘Book a Service’ tab.
- Select the vehicle model
- Choose the state
- select the preferred service centre from a drop-down list.
See all the available dates and time slots. Schedule a service appointment up to a month in advance.
Fill in contact details and vehicle registration number. Once completed, a confirmation email of the appointment will be sent.
Alternatively, customers may still schedule their service appointments by calling an authorised Ford Service Centre directly.
