2-week risk-free trial for Goodyear tyres
   Author: Chips

‘Try before buying’ is something which consumers prefer but it is not always possible with every type of product, especially tyres. However, Goodyear Malaysia is now giving customers a 2-week risk-free trial of its Assurance tyres which were introduced here this year, allowing consumers to decide if they are satisfied with the tyres or not.

“The 2-week risk-free trial warranty demonstrates our confidence in the Assurance tyre. It is also part of our commitment in satisfying our customers’ needs,” said Tuan Haji Zakariah Ahmad, Managing Director of Goodyear Malaysia Berhad.

“Our extensive test results have confirmed Assurance’s extraordinary performance.  The Assurance tyre demonstrates how the relentless pursuit of technological innovation and an unswerving commitment to customer satisfaction can give birth to a winning product. Combined with the 2-week risk-free trial that we are offering, drivers can now be certain that they can drive with Assurance!” Tuan Haji Zakariah said.

The conditions of the trial are quite straightforward: consumers who purchase a set of 4 Goodyear Assurance tyres can have their tyres exchanged within 2 weeks or before 500 kms usage if they are not satisfied with the tyres’ handling and performance, with a similar quality, brand new Goodyear tyres.

The offer is available through any authorised Goodyear Servitekar or Autocare outlets and should the customer not be satisfied, returns can be processed at the same dealership where the tyres were purchased.

The new Goodyear Assurance tyre has been designed to provide drivers of midsized passenger cars in Malaysia and across Asia complete peace of mind while on the road. Incorporating Goodyear’s latest revolutionary innovation, the patented ArmorGrip Technology for superior grip and durability, it is designed to give drivers the confidence to handle wet, dry or even hazardous road conditions.
