Buy a new Ford Focus or Escape and Ford Malaysia will pay for its maintenance for the next 5 years or 100,000 kms (whichever comes first). The special offer is an enhancement of the normal free services that are provided with every new Ford and is only for vehicles registered in July and August 2007.

The free maintenance includes all the parts required to be replaced under the maintenance schedule every 10,000 kms, eg filters, fluids and spark plugs. However, wear and tear parts such as brake pads would not be covered under this offer.

The 5-year free maintenance offer is for new purchases of the Escape 2.3/3.0 and Focus 1.8 Ghia/2.0 Sport registered during the months of July and August 2007

As a gesture of appreciation towards loyal Ford customers, Ford Malaysia is also giving out vouchers for free labour which can be used at its authorised service centres. The vouchers are available for services at 10,000 km intervals up to 100,000 kms or within 5 years, whichever occurs first. However, they are only offered to those whose vehicles (except the Econovan) which have clocked more than 40,000 kms. Ford Malaysia says that owners can obtain the vouchers by visiting the dealer which sold their them their vehicle. The vouchers also entitle the owners to a free 24-point inspection during their service.
