Icon Residences at Mont' Kiara

Mah Sing Properties Sdn Bhd will add a new theme to the Mont’ Kiara skyline with its upcoming Icon Residence said to be inspired by architecture in the Greek island of Santorini. The development is expected to be completed by mid-2014.
 

Located along Persiaran Dutamas, the development consists of three towers (26, 28 and 36 storeys) with a total of 260 units and more than 600 parking bays. Depending on the size, each unit is allocated at least one parking bay.

The Icon Residence units are partially-furnished and equipped with a more efficient variable refrigerant flow air-conditioning system in the living, dining and master rooms.

Among the proposed facilities for the development are a gymnasium room, swimming pool, function room, rooftop garden, sun deck and BBQ deck.

Mah Sing is targeting the expatriate market segment and will have roadshows in Taiwan, South Korea and Singapore.

“We wanted to come into Mont’ Kiara and we did not want to build yet another typical condo here. We want something that people will talk about so we came up with a cutting-edge design which has a resort feel to it,” said Mah Sing’s Chief Operating Officer Teh Heng Chong. [Rufaidah]
