It's confirmed finally - HICOM Chevrolet, GM's joint-venture with DRB-HICOM since 2007, will cease to exist after this Thursday, December 31 2009. Both companies have mutually agreed to end their partnership and GM has earlier said that it has a 'new business model' where it will not be directly involved again and appoint a sole distributor.
