Chevy Assist for all Chevrolet owners

Chevrolet owners will be delighted to know that they now have a 24/7 support service, courtesy of NAZA Quest Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Pavilion Crest Sdn Bhd), the NAZA Group company which the sole and exclusive authorized distributor of Chevrolet vehicles in Malaysia.

The support service, known as Chevy Assist, offers emergency roadside assistance and responds to general inquiries. The program was set up in appreciation of the loyalty of Chevrolet customers and is said to ‘reflect NAZA’s unwavering commitment to its Chevrolet customers at present and in the future’.

While many companies often offer such services only to new customers and don’t concern themselves with those who bought vehicles of the same brand before they were handling the brand, NAZA Quest says that those who had purchased their cars before the brand came under the NAZA Group can also benefit and take advantage of Chevy Assist.

Membership registration is required in order to enjoy Chevy Assist and there are certain conditions to be met (for details, visit www.chevrolet.com.my). Once registered, members can call Chevy Assist at the dedicated toll-free number 1-800-2-CHEVY (24389) for swift assistance wherever they are.

“NAZA Quest Sdn Bhd is re-affirming its commitment to expand the brand’s presence in Malaysia with the development of more 3S (Sales/Service/Spare Parts) Centres. By the end of the year, there will be a total of 23 Chevrolet 3S Centres in Malaysia,” said Dato’ Haji SM Faisal SM Nasimuddin, Joint Group Executive Chairman of NAZA Group of Companies. He said that among the locations that will have new showrooms will be the one in Kampung Baru in the Klang Valley as well as in Sabah and Sarawak.

Naza Quest is currently running a Free Labour Service Campaign and invites all Chevrolet owners to take advantage of it. The campaign ends on September 30, 2010 and is available at all authorized Chevrolet dealerships nationwide.
