New Discovery 4 and Range Rover versions

Land Rover (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (LRM) now offers the latest Land Rover Discovery with a new powerplant and also the Range Rover 3.6 TDV8 in Vogue Edition.

 The new Discovery 4 is equipped with the all-new 244 bhp 3.0-litre TDV6 turbodiesel engine which replaces the 190 bhp 2.7-litre powerplant that has been used in the previous version for some time. The new engine, which also generates a maximum of 600 Nm of torque, provides even more impressive performance on and off the road, while having improved fuel economy. It delivers power to all four wheels through a new 6-speed ZF automatic gearbox.

The Advanced Sequential Turbodiesel engine has unique parallel sequential turbochargers. Used for the first time in a V-configuration engine, the first turbocharger optimizes responsiveness by delivering increased torque at very low revs (thus minimizing turbo lag), whilst the second turbocharger minimizes steep power fade at higher revs.

The comprehensive list of standard equipment for the latest Discovery 4, priced at RM432,888 (excluding insurance in Peninsular Malaysia) includes 19-inch alloy rims and a reverse camera.
 

For the more discerning customers, LRM has also introduced a new range to the highly sought-after premium Vogue edition which was previously made available only upon special order. With this introduction, AutoConneXion Land Rover showrooms now carry ready stocks of the new Range Rover 3.6 TDV8 Vogue which is priced at RM688,888 (Peninsular Malaysia).

Befitting its RM30,000 premium over the HSE edition, the Range Rover Vogue takes opulence to another level with luxurious Oxford leather seats, reclining rear seats and the unique, wireless VentureCam. It is powered by a 3.6-litre V8 turbodiesel engine with a maximum power output of 271 bhp and 640 Nm of torque.
