F1: Vettel from pole to chequered flag at Suzuka

Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel drove an uneventful race from pole position to win the Japan GP. Behind him. Panasonic Toyota's Jarno Trulli held off McLaren's Lewis Hamilton to give the Japanese manufacturer a No. 2 podium placing in its home country.
