The New Sunday Times' CBT team has picked the Peugeot 308 Turbo as its '2009 Car of the Year', out of 17 models which won awards in various categories. Special awards went to the Toyota Prius (Good design) and Volvo XC60 (Safety Innovation) while the Automotive Men of the Year were Edaran Tan Chong Motor's Dato' Dr Ang Bon Beng and Datuk Syed Abdull Hafiz Syed Abu Bakar, Perodua's MD who retires at the end of this month.
